Looking for the perfect WordPress theme for Webmyc

I am not 100% satisfied with the current theme and lack of time and experience prevents me from modifying it to match the specifications I need. Also, as some of you might have noticed the current theme breaks if you try to load a category or tag page. If you happen to know an eye-candy theme with the following specs and that is fully compatible with the latest release of WordPress, please leave a comment/link. Thanks!

• horizontal top menu for pages
• eye-candy image header that i will change monthly – doesn’t need to change automatically or from the admin
• every post should display categories and tags associated with it
• post width > 700px (not counting the widget sidebar)
• 1 (max 2) widget sidebar on the right
• footer widgets or customizable footer
• individual post page should have navigation to previous and next post
• post width large comments box/form with captcha and option to subscribe to comments
• contact page with contact form
• dark overall background,  white background for type
