I’ve worked as a freelance web developer and online business consultant, but more into graphic design and branding. More than 3.5 years my day-time job was at Oracle, as a Senior Web Specialist (still have 3 days to go in this position) and from November 1st I’m changing I’ve changed career paths to a more challenging, business development oriented job at MediaPro Interactiv – the online division of one of the biggest media trusts in Romania, MediaPro Group.

To whom it may concern,

For the past year I have had the pleasure to work with Mihai (Bob) indirectly and directly on several occasions. Those projects tapped on the technical expertise of building web sites, but also the graphic and creative side of marketing. Bob masters both of these abilities.

Bob is a very smart guy and can be briefed in a short phone call, because he quickly understands what is important and what needs to be done. In one of our projects, the Partnering Excellence training tool, Bob built up an entire html training platform with autonomy, under pressure and delivered the finished product on time. He was able to present his work to and deal with senior Oracle management which showed his self assurance.

On the creative side, Bob helped me put together the OPN manager handbook, another html based training guide that was a daunting task (50+ pages of interactive content). Bob set his reputation as a creative guy by making the final product look even better than what the agency Ogilvy and Mathers had started but never finished.
What I discovered about Bob in the course of the years was that he is very proud of his skills and likes to be distinguished for these talents. Consequently, he needs to be kept busy with exciting projects that allow him to shine. On those projects, there is no one better in the team than he.

On a personal note, Bob likes to make people happy, and his nature is that of an open and friendly person. Most people like Bob. I wish him luck in his pursuits.
