After the silent launch of the new http://anunturi.apropo.ro/ (classifieds type service) and the buzz created yesterday with Dana Nalbaru - Romanian artist who launched simultaneously on Apropo.ro her new album “Parfum” (available to listen and also to download), her new music video (available also for download) and her blog, today Apropo.ro strikes again with another silent launch of one of their services - Games - (”Jocuri” in Romanian) - http://jocuri.apropo.ro/ - with a shiny new design and lots of improvements, including the possibility to embed any game.

Congrats to all my colleagues who managed to put all of the above together in such a short time frame.

Not everybody knows but MediaPro Interactiv has a games division  - MPI Games - that really innovates and probably they are about the only ones in Romania creating web games, mobile games andbluetooth enabled games all built from scratch and with original concepts.

I highly recommend you to stay away from Gemcraft (embedded below) as it’s extremely addictive and it also allows you to save your game status :)

Zece pentru Mare - festival pe plaja Corbu

In perioada 25 iulie - 3 august va avea loc prima editie a festivalului Zece pentru Mare, Plaja Corbu.

Zece zile de muzica, teatru si sporturi de apa fara motor, publicul amator de kayak, kite-surfing sau scuba-diving fiind binevenit.

Artistii care vor fi prezenti pe scena acestui festival sant Kumm, Timpuri Noi, Al Jawala,
Parazitii, Trigon, Nightlosers, Fara Zahar si Mihai Margineanu, Luna Amara si The Others.

Accesul la acest festival este liber iar pe durata intregului eveniment va fi oferit un teren de camping de asemenea gratuit.

Vor exista curse regulate (microbuze) pentru transportul celor interesati, pe ruta Gara
Constanta-Navodari-Plaja Corbu, pe intreaga durata a festivalului.

Tinand cont ca intregul eveniment va avea loc in zona economica a Rezervatiei Biosfera Delta
Dunarii, nici un sport cu motor nu va fi agreat pe parcursul acestui eveniment.

Vor exista de altfel o serie de workshop-uri/seminarii privind litoralul Marii Negre si
Rezervatia Biosfera Delta Dunarii, pentru a atrage interesul asupra unei zone de o frumusete
deosebita, ce poate fi dezvoltata coerent si responsabil, incepand de la primul pas.

Publicul doritor se va putea relaxa de asemenea cu ajutorul unui internet-cafe,unei
librarii/biblioteci de plaja, cartile putand fi savurate in cortul special amenajat de narghilele
si cafea turceasca.

Today is the big day. Metallica comes back to Bucharest after 9 years.
Although I am a big fan, I am not attending this concert as I saw them on June 3rd when they invaded the Slavia Stadium in Prague, Czech Republic.
Concert was great - super charged Metallica, much more powerful than I expected and singing lots of their old but gold stuff.
