S-a lansat oficial revista digitala de fotografie Project PXL. Cristian Manafu strikes again si lanseaza un proiect colaborativ, o revista digitala, rasfoibila, disponibila in varianta pt PC + MAC (!), revista compusa din fotografii trimise de utilizatori/pasionati de fotografie. Am si eu o fotografie in revista si ma bucur ca se fac si chestii de genul acesta la noi. Mi-as fi dorit un pic mai mult - poate un site dedicat Project PXL unde sa pot sa imi uploadez direct imaginile si sa se poata votata imaginile care apar in revista; si de ce nu, chiar o editie tiparita a revistei - stim cu totii talentul nativ al lui Manafu de a gasi sponsori asa ca nu ma indoiesc ca ar putea exista resurse pentru asa ceva ;).

Si pentru ca nu am cum sa va arat imaginea mea din Project PXL, o sa va arat aceasi imagine submitata la JPG Mag, un proiect similar de afara, care periodic lanseaza niste teme de unde sunt alese prin votul publicului fotografiile care vor aparea in editia tiparita:

Cristian Manafu desfasoara zilele acestea RoBloggersSurvey2008, un chestionar cu istoric si cu rezultate faine in ani trecuti. Mi se pare o initativa mai mut decat utila pentru blogosfera .ro si mi-as dori si eu, la fel ca si Cristi ca numarul respondentilor de anul acesta sa depaseasca 1000. Deocamdata sunt doar 507 +1 ;) si mai sunt doar 4 zile.

Dragi prieteni,

Chestionarul RoBloggersSurvey2008 este online si va invitam cu caldura sa-l completati ( si sa semnalati eventualele inexactitati ).

Vom putea analiza cum a evoluat blogosfera romaneaca de la RoBloggersSurvey2007; sunt si cateva intrebari noi fata de precedentul chestionar.

Raspunsurile vor ramane confidentiale si pot fi trimise pana in 23 septembrie.

Intrebarile marcate [*] sunt obligatorii. Timpul de completare este de 10-12 minute.

Organized by Cristian Manafu/Evensys and proudly sponsored by Microsoft, first edition of Web Club took place last Thursday in Club Colocvio and gathered more than 90% of the online industry from Romania. The joke of the evening was that if something happened at the location (airplane crash, God forbid) probably the dot.ro business will freeze for a couple of years.

WebClub will consist of aprox. 10 meetings/year and access will be provided based on a membership fee. Access to new members will be granted based on recommendation from at least 2 current members. It’s a great opportunity for networking but also to get a sneak preview at exclusive presentations and news and probably in the future, a chance to meet with angel investors interested in the online business.

WebClub #1 consisted of some really interesting presentations from Vladimir Oane - about the a.Online entrepreneurship from Romania comparred to European one and b.Ubervu; the news that Calin Fusu (Neogen.ro) agreed to invest in Vertimo, a vertical search engine for local real-estate, created by Brainient (Emi Gal); great networking.

Best Blog Design is a a competition who’s main purpose is to identify cool Romanian blog designs. You can submit your entry in one of the 2 categories - original themes or modified themes. I submitted my blog and it got accepted, but I am not really proud of this, as my theme modifications are pretty scarce, just a logo and some css. Anyway, the point is the build a resource with the best looking wordpress themes used in the Romanian blogosphere. Congratulations Cristian, for another great initiative.
