Dupa RoTweetMeet2 a aparut ideea unui alt gen de TweetMeet – unul in care sa nu ne formalizam, locurile sa nu fie limitate, si unde activitatea principala sa fie ‘statu la o bericica’ – adica un club-alchool-networking lejer, de vara.
Dupa ce am enuntat ideea unui BeerTweetMeet (un eveniment cu 6 e-uri, gen… 
) am dat fuguta sa si inregistrez contul de Twitter aferent – @BeerTweetMeet. N-am avut noroc, il luase Claudiu, un dude care dupa RoTweetMeet2 a avut cam aceleasi ganduri.
Lucrurile s-au pus in miscare. Am gasit o initativa comparabila la Alex si am “furat” ideea siglei. Am pus Downstairs-ul la bataie pentru ca era la indemana, e loc nenica (vreo 700 suflete cu trup sa tot avem loc acolo), e racoare, nu e fum (nu degeaba a castigat premiul I la categoria “Cea mai buna aerisire” – la Metropofest 2008), preturile sunt super ok (o bere e intre 6 si 12 lei), au o droaie de sortimente de bere si …am pile (sau mai degraba s-ar putea spune ca Downstairs are pile la mine ). Ne-am propus sa “Ne vedem Joi…Ne vedem Joi…” pentru ca tot atunci e si KARAOKE party in Downstairs …si poate unii vor dori sa imbine ‘statu la o bericica’ cu un mini concurs de KARAOKE (luati de repetati melodiile). Claudiu a facut rost de o sponsorizare de la URSUS Breweries iar eu i-am convins pe cei de la berebelgiana.ro sa puna la bataie pt premiul #1 la Karaoke un super premiu – o ladita de bere de manastire (8% alcool) – Bornem Dubbel.
Speram, tot cu ajutorul URSUS Breweries (care BTW, au fost super-seriosi si deja au livrat premiile si consumatia gratuita in Downstairs) sa avem gata pana maine si niste stickere pe care sa ne trecem ID-urile de Twitter. Mi-ar placea la sfarsit sa le lipiti toti pe un perete in club ca marturie pana la editia urmatoare.
O mica recapitulare:
- BeerTweetMeet incepe maine de la 19:59 in DOWNSTAIRS, intrarea libera
- juma din club e rezervat pentru noi, Twitterimea
- pana la ora asta 76 de confirmati (incluzand invitatii) si 18 poate vin pe invita.ro (inscrie-te si tu!)
- concurs de KARAOKE – vedeti melodiile disponibile. Poate fi acesta primul Tweet’n'Roll, urmas al lui Blog’n'Roll? 
- vreo 10 navete de bere moka oferite de URSUS Breweries (Ursus, Redds, Peroni, Miller, Stejar)
- premii in baxuri de bere tot de la URSUS + o ladita de BORNEM DUBBLE oferite de berebelgiana.ro
Revin cu detalii pe masura ce mai apar. Ne vedem maine seara!
#RoTweetMeet2 – mai vreti?

Incet incet brandul “RoTweetMeet” dezvoltat inca de anul trecut de Alin Zainescu si Dragos Novac in parteneriat cu Microsoft incepe sa prinda valoare. Aseara a fost RoTweetMeet #2 – o intalnire la care au fost invitati 50 de reprezentanti ai agentiilor si s-au pus la mezat si 30 locuri pe invita.ro. Misto ideea – hai sa facem niste prezentari despre cum folosim noi cu succes social media, aducem si 30 de oameni da’ pah’ Tuitar care sa isi dea cu parerea si o punem de o sezatoare cu oameni interesanti si interesati de fenomenul “social media”. De ce? Pai inv(atam)itam agentiile cu ce se mananca pentru ca apoi ele sa convinga clientii ca e misto/util sa fii pe Tuitar, Feisbuc, etc.
Inainte de eveniment au fost niste voci care au criticat un pic specificul evenimentului si modul de gestionare al invitatilor. Hai sa vedem de ce:
- numele evenimentului RoTweetMeet sugereaza genul de intalnire deschisa pentru toti utilizatorii de Twitter din Romania. My bad – numele folosit inca de anul trecut, nu e al unei intalniri pentru atarnatori, asa cum confirma si Dragos.
- nu mi se pare ca a fost comunicat tuturor si suficient de clar (eu de abia aseara la eveniment am aflat) componenta audientiei. Probabil ca postul lui Dragos trebuia publicat inainte de eveniment 
- mi se pare cel putin aiurea sa nu raspunzi in nici un fel celor care nu au mai prins loc pe invita.ro. Un mail automat de genul “Ne pare rau, dar…” era suficient.
All in all, asa cum am zis si mai sus – ideea si initativa e misto, evenimentul in sine a fost reusit, imi pare rau ca nu am putut sta pana la sfarsit. Recenzii despre prezentari si ce s-a mai intamplat gasiti la altii mai destepti ca mine sau adunate la un loc pe invita.ro.
Mai vrem 
Totodata cred ca nu ar strica si un eveniment pentru atarnatori, deschisi tuturor care vor sa vina, sa se cunoasca si in offline, sa vorbeasca in #hashtag-uri si sa isi dea RT la o BR. Pentru a evita confuziile propun sa nu ii zicem RoTweetMeet #3 ci ceva de genul “BeerTweetMeet – un eveniment cu 6 E-uri”

Geek expectant father Corey Mensche came with a device that hooked on a pregnant woman, sends Twitter updates when the baby moves. Device is based on piezo sensors that react to small movements and sends some date via bluetooth to a laptop and from there update are posted to Twitter.
Crazy world but if you think twice the gimmick is quite useful because you can track and keep a history of in-womb baby movements – so monitor the health and well being of your future child, remotely
